Vegeterian Tips: Reduce your refined sugar intake. I ve got as much of a sweet tooth as anybody, but I try to keep it under control by using such sugar replacers as maple syrup, stevia and agave whenever possible such as in coffee and tea and indulging in the refined stuff only occasionally.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 2 cups dried macaroni
  • 1 cup dried textured soy protein (or more to your own liking)
  • 2 cans of tomatoe soup + 2 cans water
  • 1 small can tomato sauce

Directions:

Cook the 2 cups of pasta
Rehydrate the textured soy protei
Add all of the ingredients in an oven proof caserole dish, and mix well.
Cook int he oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling.
