Vegeterian Tips: Take a vitamin supplement that contains B12 or include nutritional yeast in your diet regularly, especially if you re vegan or mostly vegan.
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 pieces whole-wheat vegan bread
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 to 1 cup spinach
- 5-10 mushrooms, sliced
- A large dollop of lemon juice
Directions:
Toast the vegan bread and rub the clove of garlic over it. Saute
the mushrooms in the oil until tender, and add spinach. Add
lemon juice and cook till spincach is tender. Remove from
heat. Put mixture onto vegan bread and eat. This is really good
food.
