Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • one half package of silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (preferably natural)
  • preserves of your choice

Directions:

Simply mash the tofu with the peanut butter, mixing well.
Spread onto vegan bread of your choice and add preserves.
